BLANQ reserves the right to change and alter these terms without giving prior notice and it is up to the user of the website to take responsibility to return to this page to review any changes that have been made. The last time these Terms and Conditions were altered was on the 20th of September 2019.
Product Availability and Prices
BLANQ will attempt to make the products advertised on this site available at all times. However, this cannot always be guaranteed and BLANQ will not be liable for any products that are not available at the time of your checkout. The customer will be notified as soon as possible when this occurs and advised on what to do to solve this problem. BLANQs prices are subject to change without notice. BLANQ reserves the right to refuse or terminate/cancel orders when there has been website malfunction or error such as technical difficulty or an incorrect price being displayed. Notification to the customer will be facilitated immediately after this has been notified to us and any payment already received from the customer will be refunded.
All promotions are subject to availability and while stocks last.

This site is solely an online store for oral/beauty products. BLANQ does not represent themselves as a doctor/physician and nor is this implied. Whiteness from this product will vary from patient to patient and will be different depending on the structure of your teeth, the number of times it is being used or the duration of time on each whitening session. The results of these products are not guaranteed by BLANQ. Whitening fades with time and a regular up keep is recommended in order to maintain white teeth. Whitening products will not whiten dental work such as veneers, crowns, bridges or cavities. By placing an order through BLANQ you accept all risks associated with the product, you agree that BLANQ will not be held liable for any unexpected results, or complications that may arise as result of the product.

PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF 18, WHO ARE PREGNANT, HAVE HEALTH PROBLEMS, PERIODONTAL DISEASE OR GUMS THAT ARE IN POOR CONDITION, OVERLY SENSITIVE TEETH, WEAR BRACES, HAD RECENT ORAL SURGERY, DECAYED TEETH, HAVE ROOTS EXPOSED, HAVE COLITIS, HAVE JAW PROBLEMS, OR ARE ALLERGIC TO ITEMS INSIDE THE GEL SHOULD NOT USE THIS PRODUCT. It remains the user’s responsibility to ensure you are not allergic to ANY of the ingredients inside the gel or product before using.
Shipping and Handling
BLANQ will not be held liable for orders that may take longer than the estimated times.
Once your package is passed on to Australia Post or other Courier services, BLANQ will not be liable for any delays that may occur as the above estimated times are just a guide.
BLANQ is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses.
Orders may end up being returned for various reasons including: non-payment of Duty & VAT, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will need to email [email protected] to arrange redelivery and will also have to pay for all postage costs.
BLANQ will help as much as possible to trace a missing parcel, however if untracked standard shipping is selected, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the carrier.
If your order is placed before 4pm Monday-Friday, your order will be shipped the following business day.
• Australia Post Standard – 5-8 Business Days (Free Standard Shipping Australia Wide)
• Australia Post Express – 1-2 Business Days (Incurs additional cost)
These estimates do not include any delays that may occur in the shipping.
Results will vary immensely from person to person, depending on the condition of their teeth, length of use and if the instructions were followed correctly. It may take a number of applications to begin to see your results also it might take a couple of months to completely rid your teeth of all stains.
BLANQ is unable to refund your Teeth Whitening kit unless the product is defective. If so, the product must be returned within 8 days. Refund is only available if the product is returned in its original state, including all of the accessories that came with it. Partially returned items and/or used items will NOT be accepted and no refund will be approved.
It is the customer’s responsibility for the cost of returning the faulty item. If the product is in fact faulty, BLANQ will also refund the return postage costs. However, ONLY standard shipping costs will be refunded NOT express post.
